The Old Glory rugby club recently moved stadiums and are now only 20 minutes from my house. With a home game on Sunday night, I reached out to my buddies to see who was available and if they could play in the afternoon so I could take my boys to the game. It ended up only one guy was available, but the good news is he could play early so I could get in a game and then go watch the game. Unfortunately, he ended up having to pass because he wasn’t feeling well so instead of. Warmaster I spent some extra time with my family, but carved out enough time to finish my entry for the.40k 2nd Edition Challenge, this Eversor assassin!
Fear not, when I got to the game, I was able to find some food, and while it wasn’t homemade, it definitely scratched an itch for me. Many of the guys who participate in the Secomd Edition Challenge are from parts of the world where meat pies are a big deal, and for the last six years they’ve been sharing pictures of these wonderful looking concoctions in our group chat. I keep saying I should make one, but that hasn’t happened and this food truck gave me a chance to try without doing any work on my own!
I will definitely try a different type. Next time I go to one of the games, and I definitely am motivated to make these at home!
So while game night, didn’t turn out exactly how I had planned, it still turned out to be quite successful!
