Apparently there is something about the summer and heat in the 90’s that makes Jose Muldoon want to bring over soup for game night, last time he cooked he made Gumbo and today he made the less than appetizingly named “Al Capones Depression Era Soup Kitchen Soup.” He discovered the soup on the YouTube channel Tasting History so if you want to learn more go check it out! Anyway, Jose made a few additions to the soup and it turned out quite delicious! I’m hoping this recipe makes a comeback sometime in the fall or winter!
After dinner we played our first game of Warmaster since Adepticon. I put 2,000 points of High Elves against two 1,000 point armies of Undead. One was Vampire Counts while the other were the Tomb Kings. How did these two ancient enemies fare against a unified command of High Elves?
