Destroyed Forest Terrain for Toys for Tots

At Historicon a friend of mine was offering up some terrain he printed to anyone who wanted it as he decided he was going in a different direction with a project he was working on. I offered to take the terrain off his hands to paint for the Toys for Tots auction at Fall In! 2026. I used a variety of techniques to paint this terrain fairly quickly, including some things I learned at Hobby University! For example the ground was painted using wet blending and integrating reds and greens to create a richer looking mud, and I used UV resin to make water features throughout the pieces.

For those of you into Trench Crusade these pieces would fit right in. They would also fit right in on any 40k or 30k board. In fact they look like they’d fit right in with the custom bases I have made for my Iron Warriors. Now that I mention it I might have to bid on them myself….
