This Sunday game night I returned from Cold Wars and it happened to be the Super Bowl. Naturally with that background my son and I decided to play a game of Blood Bowl while watching the game!
Of course as was to be expected we had a good spread of food!
The Blood Bowl game was more exciting than the football game and despite getting beat up by the Orcs and rolling an insane amount of 1’s for Animal Frenzy, Dodges, and go for its the Skaven manages to squeak (see what I did there) out a victory when a goblin failed a dodge (he needed to make four!) with a Gutter Runner close by and a clear shot up the middle where he passed the ball to a waiting line rat who scored the go ahead run! With only two turns left to tie up the game the Black Orc team was unable to score when a goblin rolled a one to pick up the ball deep in his territory and the gar went to the rats!
