Way back in the late 1990’s I bought both the Warhammer 40k box set and a copy of Dark Millennium with a friend. While my copy of the main box was left with the friend and never seen again I held on to my copy of Dark Millennium for the last thirty years or so. While it was mostly complete a few years ago I found a full copy with the rulebooks and a ton of Datafax on eBay so I had to pick it up. As I only play once or twice a year the two sets were left intermingled and incomplete until I decided not to put it all away after we played The Rescue of Inquisitor Varlak and forced myself to organize everything. It took more work than I thought but in the end it was worth it. Considering my buddy Floyd and I still have to play our end of challenge battles for both Mark VI and Mart VI of the 40k 2nd Edition Challenge this will be a big help!
Upon organization I realized I have a complete set of both Dark Millennium and the main box, with the exception of a few of the Chaos Rewards. I’m also missing a few duplicates of the templates, but if I can bring myself to punch out that near mint sheet I’d have all of those!
I also have full sets of a lot of the psychic decks, and almost two full sets of Wargear cards so I’m hoping I can make some trades to get the missing Chaos Reward cards at some point!
Now if only I could get my painting table as organized….
