Game Night 10-19-25

This game night we got together for dinner, painting and gaming. First off, and often times most importantly was dinner. Proving corned beef and cabbage isn’t just for Saint Patrick’s Day my buddy made the group some! I’m pretty sure he was hoping for some leftovers to make breakfast with, but one of the boys swooped in and did a number on it!

In a three player battle two Russian generals attacked the defending French. The Russians were able to ford the river and push the French back for a Russian victory!

Meanwhile with time running out until the end of the month and Fall In! I worked on a variety of projects. Everything on the tray below had some work done on it! The Warmaster Elves in the back had their spears painted, the Dreadnaught was edge highlighted, the Tiki Gnomes had a few coats of grey dry brusyed on, the squig riders were rebased, and a bunch of mushrooms got their first coat of paint! I did recently find out there won’t be a Gnome game at an HMGS convention until next Historicon so I probably should have focused my efforts on some of the other projects, but that’s fine (for now!) as I really like these guys and want to see them painted!

For those who are keeping track that’s my Warmaster Challenge, the Dreadtober Challenge, and Orktober all being worked on at once!
