Game Night 9-14-25

Tonight we got together and while two of us played Warmaster most of us painted Warmaster. You can say we’ve gone a little Warmaster nuts around here!

First we started with a delicious dinner from a local Italian place, can’t say no to baked ziti, bread and salad! My buddy felt bad he didn’t cook, but everyone was full and that’s what matters!

One of the guys in the group finished 1,000 points of Vampire Counts in about two weeks so it was (as another friend said) wet versus dry Undead as the Vampires took on the Tomb Kings. The Tomb Kings were apparently very lucky in their command roles, and the Vampire player didn’t realize his Vampire didn’t have magic so it was a quick game in favor of the Tomb Kings. The rest of us tried to paint faster so we could get in a game sooner rather than later, but I don’t think we succeded!

Our non-Warmaster friend still worked on some smaller scale figures, in this case 15mm German armor for the Toys for Tots auction. I got some work done on my archers and Bolt throwers and got some work done on Age of Simgar.

We had a good night, I look forward to working on these Archers and getting them done sooner rather than later, especially as I need to catch up on some painting to get my High Elf army finished in time!
