After a few weeks of working on the weekend I was able to get the group over for game night. We initially thought it was going to be a small groups so we decided to do some painting. I have a lot of work to do before Fall In! so it was the perfect idea for me. Well, we ended up with more than a few and ended up with standing room only! It was probably the most people we’ve ever had at the house for a painting night with six of us showing up! We all managed to get some work done, in between the normal chatting and eating! And boy did we eat! My buddy volunteered to make a chicken curry dish and it was delicious! It was so good it was easily worth making it the featured image of this post!

I was able to get a fair bit of work done on these tree stands I’m working on as my donation to our annual WNPG Toys for Tots auction, and then I was able to assemble almost the entire Stormhost Eternal Spearhead which I hope to have ready for a game at Fall In!!

My buddy worked on his Toys for Tots auction, assembling a box of WWII Soviet troops, while another friend worked on his new Blood Bowl team, specifically for the Dungeon Bowl variant. He got a lot of questions about the disparate variety of figures in the box, all in the same uniform colors!

Finally, PygmyHippo worked on his Wachtmeister’s Warmaster Challenge Nippon Warmaster army. Two other buddies who are not in the challenge worked on their Warmaster armies as well! I didn’t get any pictures of their progress, but you can see PygmyHippo’s right here!

It was a great night, I hope we get together next week and keep up the momentum!
