Product Review – Tabletop World

A few months ago I was able to pick up a set of resin walls from Tabletop World at Cold Wars flea market. I’ve wanted some terrain from Tabletop World so when I saw them sitting there I had to pick them up! As you can see by looking at what I have I need to pick up a few sections to complete what I have, but overall it is a very good start.

Please note the section to the left of the leftmost tower, and the section to the right of the rightmost tower are designed to fit the Town Gate, not the towers they are up against which is why they don’t look like they fit properly. I plan on picking up the town gate, and at least one more of the connecting wall section in the middle of the picture.

Seen in this picture is the Fortified Tower in the center with sections G and H from the front and the back. As you can see the walls fit tightly up against the Fortified Tower with no gap. The cool thing about the shape of the fortified tower is as an octagon you have multiple options for setting up the direction of your walls, it doesn’t need to be all right angles!

This picture shows off the back and front of wall sections B (the shorter longer sections) and section A which are used to connect sections B.

All of these sections are crisply cast and while Tabletop World warns you might need to do some clean up they fit together almost flawlessly. From my initial look only one of the A sections will need to be shaved down a little bit to fit snug, but that’s a matter of going from fitting 98% to 100%.

Each of these wall sections has been created by meticulously stacking individual stones, just like they were building an actual stone building! Each of the wall sections are provided full assembled and look incredible. The Fortified Tower comes as one piece, with the exception of the roof which can be lifted off to place figures inside the top section of the tower.

I am absolutely obsessed with wanting to get around to painting these sections and am really looking forward to painting them based on the Tabletop World YouTube channel!

I highly recommend picking up these amazing walls, or any other product on the Tabletop World website. They look incredible for Warhammer The Old World, (or Warhammer Fantasy if you’ve been playing a while!) Mordheim, Dungeons and Dragons, Frostgrave or many other systems. As a word of warning I just found out Tabletop World is going to drop their resin building line due to the costs and focus on their 3D sculpted line. You still have a few months to order their current line in physical form, but they are planning on closing shop in December 2025, so go check them out!
