With my recent posts I hit bingo for 2025! Lets start by checking out my Bingo Card!

When I realized Star Wars Day, May 4th, was coming up I decided I should paint one of my Star Wars Legion models. I had a few pieced on my desk, including a Super Tactical Droid and the little R5 droid. I suddenly had a flash of inspiration and realized I could use a zenithal highlight for the Super Tactical Droid and get the “use zenithal prime then paint” bingo square!

For perhaps the first time ever I then looked at my bingo board to see what, if any, potential bingo options I had when I saw “paint a yellow vehicle/mini.” I have been wanting to paint the R5 droid for a long time but just didn’t have the time, or the color inspiration. Finishing off a bingo was the perfect inspiration so I got out my yellow paint and got to work finishing him, and having a good guy for Star Wars day and a bad guy for Revenge of the 5th!

Let’s take a quick look at the entries that made up the other squares in my successful bingo.

You might remember I got the “airbrush something” for airbrushing the jackets on my 40k 2nd Edition Challenge army.

I earned “paint a blue vehicle/mini” with one of my 40k 2nd Edition Challenge units of Mordian Iron Guard.

“Paint a model you just bought” was checked when I painted Urbiucs for Arena Rex after getting back from Adepticon.

My buddy has been maintaining my groups bingo cards, you can check out everyone’s progress to date below!

Are you playing along? If so how is your board going? Considering I got bingo in the first four months of the year I’m going to go for at least one more row. It has been a goal to get multiple rows for the last two years, this might be the one where I succed!
