My local hobby shop had their annual flea market so a friend and I swung by to check it out. As always it was a madhouse and there were plenty of deals to be had if you were in the market for modern games. I was able to mostly behave and only picked up two 40k 2nd Edition Chaplains, Inquisitor Coteaz sans hammer, a broken staffed Heinrich Kemmler, two oiler grots, and a pile of Pink and Blue Horrors. I got some real good flea market pricing as the whole pile only cost $40!

After the flea market we stopped at a brewery for a quick lunch and a beer before heading to our respective houses before game night proper. My wife got a heck of a deal on this awesome prime rib so I made it for dinner. I have to say it was delicious! Not every game night can be prime rib, but sometimes we just get lucky!

My wife even made her famous macaroni and cheese for the club!

My buddies played Blood Bowl for our league, with the Orcs defeating the Vampires 2-0!

Meanwhile I worked on a bunch of different projects. I assembled some old school Dragon Ogres as part of my Warriors of Chaos rebasing/revitalization project, and worked on my April 40k 2nd Edition Challenge models, including my Inquisitor, command squad, and autocannon squad.

My gamer ADHD was in full swing as you can see, if you are wondering what I’ll paint next so am I!

PS If you have a spare hammer for the classic Inquisitor Coteaz drop me a line!
