Product Review – Gothic Sector – Mundus Imperialis

Last September Gale Force Nine released their Gothic Sector terrain in 28mm scale. They just released terrain for epic scale or 6mm-10mm scale. Considering I loved the 28mm terrain, and knowing I finally got Adeptus Titanicus, and I play 40k Apocalypse with Epic miniatures I knew I wanted to pick some of these new pieces up. It didn’t hurt I found them for 20% off at Cold Wars and I had volunteer con bucks to use!

I picked up the Manfactorium Depot and the Civil Defense tower, the two biggest kits. Both cost $50 USD MSRP and are cast in a hard plaster material and come pre-painted.

They arrive in enough bubble wrap to protect an army and they came without an damage.

The Manfactorium Depot comes in seven pieces: the main building at six separate flying buttresses. The flying buttresses slide right in place without the need for glue which means you can take them apart if you are traveling so they can be transported safely.

The Manfactorium assembled and ready to play.

The Civil Defense Tower is a big chunk of terrain and comes in one piece!

I don’t have any Adeptus Titanicus pieces to show with this terrain so we’ll have to look at it with Epic figures for now!

These pieces are nicely painted with minimal over paint are quite robust and more than ready for the table. I’ll be looking at getting the other pieces soon!
