After spending a few days working on re-basing my Nurgle Daemon I finished the upgrade bringing the army from 8th Edition into The Old World! W
While I was at it I repainted two Beasts of Nurgle I got a while back at The Williamsburg Muster’s clear market as part of a 2nd Edition 40k army. I didn’t remember these guys being included and stumbled over them just in time to add them to this project! I also painted the last of my Nurglings to add to the new larger bases to fill up some space. The newly painted Beasts are on the outer edges of the unit. I’ve never added to an army once it’s finished, I think I did a pretty good job of getting these figures to look like they fit the army!

While I was at it I decided to rebase some Furies for my army. A friend of mine keeps telling me I should use Furies and I remembered I had a flock of six in my Warriors of Chaos army box and when I fished them out I found another unit of five as well! I don’t remember how I got the second unit but since I have them I figured I might as well use them! The lighter brown unit on the right is my original unit, they’ve been in use since the late 90’s when they were Harpies in my Skaven army! One is missing its wings, maybe the warp will deliver them up again!

The whole army ready for The Old World adventures!

I was worried the army wouldn’t fit in my storage box with the additional models and the bigger bases but with the right amount of miniature Tetris they fit! I’ll have to save this picture for future use!

If you look closely you can see the Beasts before they were repainted!
