Tonight’s dinner, chicken swarms, was brought by my friend. His daughter wanted to come paint with us and she wanted to bring something so she made some delicious pumpkin spice cupcakes!

My buddy shared an article from a satire website which featured a glass of whiskey with an uncrustable as the garnish. I told him if he brought the uncrustables I’d make a peanut butter old fashioned. Well, he told me he was bringing them and I held up my end of the bargain! 2oz whiskey, .5 oz Screwball whiskey, and .5 oz grape jam simple syrup with a few dashes of chocolate bitters. It wasn’t bad, but I highly doubt I’ll be making it again!

My boys played Blood Bowl but as it’s a school night they didn’t quite finish. Half way through the second half the score is Steven’s Slimy Salamanders 2, the WAAGHter Dogs 0.
If the Black Orcs didn’t take a Star Player inducement it would have been their first time fully painted on the pitch!

I worked on some old 40K terrain and my other friend worked on his ESR dashboards.

Our other friend and his daughter worked on Rogue Trader Eldar and a Chibi dragon but they left before I took a picture. My buddy Manteuffel worked on some Dwarfs but I don’t want to steal his thunder, he has his own blog over at Wargaming from the Balcony after all!
