Once again I have crunched the numbers for the 40k 2nd Edition Challenge, lets see what April brought us!

Unfortunately we had our first Sanction Redactus this month with Pete dropping out. Pete wasn’t quite able to get off the starting blocks, but the initial work he did looked terrific. I hope one day he finds the time to finish off his Ultramarines, the really were terrific and evoked the glory days of 2nd Edition. This month we only had one mulligan, but it was a big one as this is the first mulligan Jon used in all five of the challenges! I look forward to seeing what he produces for next month!

This month we had our lowest model count so far, but there was still some awesome effort put in!

While we had a significant reduction in points this point March was a potential outlier and March saw a return to our February numbers. As the challenge progresses we will see if March was an outlier or not.

This was another month where the majority of painters ended up on the low single digits. Even TJM “only” completed two models compared to his normal 40, although they were a pair of chunky carnifex’s so his output was still impressive. PygymyHippo took a comfortable lead with 46 models painted, with Adrian (20) and Martin (19) taking silver and bronze respectively.
I’m really enjoying watching the data take shape and look forward to next month. Is there any data you would like to see? If so let me know in the comments!
