This morning I started by heading over the the Hyatt to check out the Historical games. I saw a few nice games and met up with a friend of mine from the No Dice No Glory podcast.

I then went for a(nother) burger at Kuma’s Corner.

I got to hang out with a fellow Battle Brother. He played it cool, he didn’t want the world to know I was one of the warriors who defeated the Space Wolves curse last year!

I checked out a few of the tournaments and saw a really cool layout for Mordheim. That is a table worth playing on! I also helped The Wargaming Company again as they demoed ESR.

I got to check out the grinder as well. In this game the losers have to toss their minis in the meat grinder of doom!

We were going to go to a sushi place for dinner but the line was so long they weren’t even accepting people for the list! So we ended up at our old standby, Portillos! This time I got the mint chocolate shake. They don’t say it, but the chocolate is provided by a piece of cake. So yes, I had two cake shakes this trip! We got back and checked out the armies on parade which I’ll show off in a future blog post before having one more Old Fashioned and turning in for the night.
