I started day 3 by helping my friends at The Wargaming Company with their demo games of ESR. Today I did more answering spectators questions which I really enjoyed. It’s nice talking to people who are interested in what you are doing and want to learn all about a new system! We ran two games simultaneously at two time slots. I also walked through the 40k hall, check out all those games!

After helping The Wargaming Company I went across the hall to help Best Company Games demo their soon be be released new game Zeo Genesis. I had a lot of fun, as did all the new players! I look forward to the development of the game!

In between running demo games I was able to check out a few of the smaller scale games. These table always look so good. Once again I was reminded how tempted I am to play Adeptus Titanicus, and how I need to get my boys playing Necromunda again! My buddy just started making a Space Hulk board, I really needed to show him this beauty by the Basement of Death gaming group.

After all these games i developed quite the hunger and thirst so we went out for drinks and dinner. We started with a drink at Mikerphone Brewing. There was a Hawaiian food truck and I picked up a Spam Musubi. My friends pointed out we were going for pizza any minute but I was hungry! Of course the pizza was Chicago deep dish from Lou Malnatis’!

We started with the salad and then got personal deep dish pizzas. I can share but my buddies wanted to put a ton of veggies in the pizza, and like I said, I already had a salad. The same salad balanced out the warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream of course!

We then went back to the con to check out the Golden Demon. I plan on sharing more pictures from the Golden Demon at some point but when I saw this picture of pinnacle GW I didn’t feel the need to continue posting.

At this point we ended the night with a drink at the bar and walked back on over to our hotel. I’m looking forward to Day 4!
