Welcome to my coverage of Adepticon 2024! I made it out to Schaumburg on Wednesday and checked into my hotel. It is not on site so I was surprised to see the decorated for us!

I dropped off my luggage and immediatly went over to Kuma’s Corner where I had the Adepticon Burger. A burger with a Mountain Dew Code Red chicken tender, nacho cheese sauce, fried pickles, Doritos, and a Mountain Dew Aioli. You’d think it wouldn’t work out but it did! Oh, and it came with two free dice! Just what all gamers need more of, dice!

Adepticon must be getting dangerous as this year the venue was no longer being patrolled by a standard marine, they upgraded to a Terminator!

I volunteered to help with putting together the swag bags and was in charge of stacking almost 2,000 of them!

After all this manual labor I went for a drink at the hotel bar. Well deserved if I say so myself!

After my drink I checked out the content of my swag bag. Sadly I got one of the bags that didn’t contain the Fallout minis! If anyone wants to swap my Age of Sigmar Box for another Sigmar box or 40k box let me know in the comments!

Finally I checked out my newest Adepticon hoodie. I really like this one!

I’m off to bed, it’s been a long day, I look forward to more time at the convention on Thursday!
